Employer Terms of Use
7.1 Employer Account
An employer account may be created by organizations such as:
- company
- clinic
- hospital
- school
- educational institution
- engineering company
- aviation business
7.2 Verification
BAE CAREER may request the following from the employer:
- trade name
- country
- license/trade registry information
- corporate e-mail
- authorized person
- phone
- website
- field of activity
7.3 Job Postings
The employer must publish postings that are:
- real
- up-to-date
- lawful
- not misleading
7.4 Prohibited Postings
The following postings may be removed:
- fake jobs
- unlawful jobs
- misleading salary information
- postings demanding unlawful fees from candidates
- discriminatory postings
- fake postings aimed at collecting personal data
7.5 Candidate Data
The employer may use candidate information only:
- for recruitment/evaluation purposes
Candidate data:
- may not be sold
- may not be used for advertising
- may not be transferred to third parties without permission
- may not be bulk-downloaded to build a database outside the platform
7.6 Candidate Control
A more appropriate model is for the user's profile not to be public unless the user activates the "Make my profile visible to employers" option.
7.7 Hiring Decision
BAE CAREER may provide the technological communication infrastructure between candidates and employers.
However:
it is not a party to the hiring decision and does not guarantee employment.
7.8 Employer Verification Badge
At a later stage:
- ✓ BAE CAREER VERIFIED EMPLOYER
may be introduced.
However, its meaning must clearly be:
"It indicates that the company information has passed certain basic checks by BAE CAREER; it does not constitute a guarantee for the employer's activities or job offers."
