5.1 Membership
Free and paid membership packages may be available on the platform.
For example:
- Basic
- Professional
- Premium
5.2 Scope of Membership
On the purchase screen, the following must be clearly shown to the user:
- service name
- content
- duration
- total price
- tax
- payment method
- renewal status
- cancellation terms
5.3 Digital Trainings
Depending on the purchased program, the user may access services such as:
- video
- documents
- tests
- exam preparation
- orientation
- consultancy
- certificate
5.4 Certificates
Upon successful completion of the program, a certificate may be issued for the relevant program.
However:
unless explicitly stated otherwise, the program completion certificate issued by BAE CAREER does not replace a professional license, work permit or permit issued by UAE public authorities.
5.5 Prices
All prices are shown on the purchase screen.
The company issuing the invoice for Türkiye and UAE operations must be clearly indicated on the purchase screen.
5.6 Automatic Renewal
If the membership renews automatically:
- "Your membership will be renewed automatically."
must be clearly shown before payment.
The user must be able to turn off automatic renewal from their account.
